In this project, I collaborated with Everguest to create a teaser for their cutting-edge AI solution, Everguest Intelligence. I managed the entire animation process, transforming the provided script and UI designs into a cohesive and engaging visual narrative. The client handled the voiceover and sound effects. The goal was to showcase to the hospitality industry how Everguest Intelligence enhances guest experiences using advanced AI technologies.
The primary goal of this teaser was to present Everguest’s new technology and UI in a compelling and efficient way—designed specifically to capture the attention of hotel managers and encourage them to sign up or engage with the platform. Rather than a product demo or tutorial, this was a high-impact teaser, crafted with precision to maximize engagement and make a lasting impression.
We collaborated closely with Everguest’s in-house design team in Figma, ensuring a fast, flexible, and agile workflow. This approach allowed me to keep the animation continuously aligned with Everguest’s evolving UI, seamlessly adapting to new functionalities as certain parts were still in development.
To maintain a consistent visual style during AI voiceover segments, I developed a custom rig that dynamically responds to sound. This makes switching narrators and languages effortless, ensuring smooth and efficient adjustments.
